  • Family therapy

  • Telehealth counseling

These Terms apply to all clients and users accessing our services.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including notice periods and fees, will be communicated during intake.

  • Clients are responsible for complying with all cancellation policies.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information

  • Follow clinical and administrative guidelines

  • Engage in services respectfully and professionally

Failure to comply may result in termination of services.

4. Payment and Insurance

  • Fees, co-pays, deductibles, and insurance billing practices will be outlined in service agreements.

  • Clients are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance.

  • Payment is due according to the terms provided at intake.

5. Confidentiality

Client communications and records are confidential and protected under applicable laws.

Exceptions apply when disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to:

  • Risk of harm to self or others

  • Suspected abuse or neglect

  • Court orders or legal requirements

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Healthy Families of Albuquerque, LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

7. Website Use
